Who hosts what?

Your website is hosted by Dryer Digital on our servers. Your domain name and DNS are managed in Cloudflare. Your business email inbox runs on Google Workspace (Gmail for business) — the same familiar Gmail experience, on your domain (for example you@yourbusiness.com).

Cold marketing messages we send for outreach use a separate mail provider. Your day-to-day inbox is always Google Workspace.

Recommended: Gmail app (iPhone & Android)

The easiest path is the free Gmail app from the App Store or Google Play. Steps are adapted from Google Help: Add another account.

  1. Install or open the Gmail app.
  2. Tap your profile picture (or initials) → Add another accountGoogle.
  3. Sign in with the Workspace address we created for you (for example info@yourbusiness.com) and the password from your invite.
  4. Complete any 2-step verification prompts. Your business mail appears alongside personal Gmail — switch accounts from the profile menu.

iPhone / iPad Mail app

You can use Apple’s Mail app with Google. Prefer the Gmail app if you want the same UI as desktop Gmail.

  1. Open SettingsMail AccountsAdd Account Google.
  2. Sign in with your Workspace email and password.
  3. Turn on Mail (and optionally Contacts / Calendar) → Save.

Android (Gmail or Samsung Mail)

On most Android phones, add a Google account in system settings or in the Gmail app (see above). On Samsung devices you can also use Samsung Email:

  1. Open Samsung Email → Add account → Google (or Manual if prompted).
  2. Sign in with your Workspace address.
  3. Allow Mail sync and finish setup.

Outlook (Windows / Mac / mobile)

  1. Open Outlook → FileAdd Account (or Settings → Accounts on Mac/mobile).
  2. Enter your Workspace email address → Continue.
  3. Sign in on the Google screen when prompted. Outlook uses Google’s modern sign-in (OAuth) — you usually do not need to type IMAP server names manually.

If a client asks for manual servers (rare), use Google’s documented IMAP/SMTP endpoints from Google Help: IMAP settings: IMAP imap.gmail.com (SSL, 993), SMTP smtp.gmail.com (TLS, 587).

Apple Mail (Mac)

  1. Mail → Settings (or Preferences) → Accounts+ Google.
  2. Sign in with your Workspace account and allow Mail access.

Using the new address beside your current Gmail

You do not have to abandon your personal Gmail on day one. Run both in parallel:

  • Keep personal Gmail for friends/family; use the Workspace address for customers and Google Business Profile.
  • Optional: forward mail from the old address to the new one (or the reverse) during a 2–4 week transition.
  • Optional: in personal Gmail → Settings → Accounts → Send mail as to send from either identity.
  • When ready, update your website contact block, Google Business Profile, social bios, and printed materials to the business address.
